We exhibited work by Primary and secondary school students at the viewtube over Easter, and brought a group of the students involved up to Stratford to see their work in situ and to participate in 2 of the educational workshops. Everyone, children and adults alike, really enjoyed the day and the workshops. It was fantastic to see all of the work taking place on the olympic site. One teacher said it was the best educational day out that she had been on. Well done to all involved
Im 13 & came to the park yesterday for a tour with a group of gifted and talented at sport(me being one), it was amazing to go round looking at the progress! & it was intersting to find out what building was what! So inspiring to see what we have in store for us once the Olympic park is finished. Great progress on the park since the last time I visited, makes you feel confident we will be ready! I've been waiting 21 years for a decent cafe to come to Stratford - View Tube fits the bill perfectly and was worth the wait. Great food, drink and ambience.
